Macaroon

     

Macaroons
Macaroons are sweet foods made either with coconut and egg white or with a coarse almond paste formed into a dense cookie or confection.

 

Ingredients:
3 pcs. eggs, well beaten
 
1/4 cup butter, melted
 
2 cups desiccated coconut
 
1 can condensed milk
     2 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 cup Peter Paul COCONUT FLOUR
 
1 tsp. vanilla
     3/8 cup all - purpose flour
    1/2 cup sugar

Instructions:
Mix together all ingredients until well blended.

Put mixture into paper bake cups. Fill up only to one half (1/2) of the paper cup to avoid overflow during baking.
    Place on the baking sheet and bake in pre - heated oven (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 15 - 20 minutes.
    Yield: 100 pcs. macaroons.
