Chocolate Chip Cookies
The traditional recipe combines a dough composed of butter and both brown and white sugar with semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Ingredients:		1 cup butter
		1 cup white sugar
		1/2 cup brown sugar
		3 pcs. eggs
		2 tsp. vanilla
		1 cup chocolate chips
		1 1/4 cup all - purpose flour
		3/4 cup Peter Paul COCONUT FLOUR
		1 tsp. baking soda
		1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions:		Cream butter and add both sugars. Add eggs one at a time and mix well.
asa		Add in vanilla and chocolate chips.
		Add this to the creamed mixture and mix together until well blended.
		Drop teaspoonfuls of mixture into a greased baking sheet.
		Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes or until light brown.
		Yield: 100 cookies
