Butter Cookies
Butter cookies at their most basic have no flavoring,
but they are often flavored with vanilla, chocolate, and
coconut, and/or topped with sugar crystals.

Ingredients: |

4 cups all - purpose flour |

1/2 cup Peter Paul COCONUT FLOUR |
| |
|
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder |
| |
|
1 1/4 cups refined sugar |
| |
|
1 1/2 cups butter |
| |
 |
1/2 cup egg yolks |
| |
 |
1/2 cup whole eggs |
| |
 |
1 1/2 tbsp. orange flavor |
| Instructions: |

Sift together all - purpose flour,
coconut flour and baking powder, then set aside. |

In the mixer, cream sugar and butter
for 1 minute at low speed. Add yolks, whole eggs and
orange flavor. Mix a little. |

Fold in sifted flour at two stages,
just to incorporate. |

Bag out mixture into ungreased baking
sheets using a star tube. |

 |
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about
5-7 minutes or until done. |

Useful Tip: Serve with your favorite
ice cream. |
